DISCLAIMER: We appreciate all vendors' interest in attending our festival. Please understand that our spaces are limited to "first-come-first-serve" status, and that we can only have a certain amount of vendors & concessionaires with the same products/items. If you have submitted an application, our Vendor Coordinators will contact you as soon as possible to the status of your application. We will keep all applications on file in our Reserves List database to contact, and contact accordingly. We truly appreciate your interest in our festival, and hope to accommodate as many vendors & concessionaires as possible. Thank You!

SETUP will begin on Thursday, October 6th, at 2:00 pm. Coordinators will be on-site to assist vendors.

1. What types/kinds of vendors are welcome at this festival?

Our Vendors rental spaces are open to all types of vendors, for the festival. The Chillicothe Halloween Festival is an event to showcase the best of our community, with a Halloween / Fall - themed flare; therefore, we do ask that you consider showcasing merchandise & items that correspond to the theme, but that isn't a requirement to participate as a vendor during the festival.

2. What are the dates / hours of the festival?

The dates are: October 7th, 8th, and 9th.

Friday: 11am to 10pm

Saturday: 10am to 10pm

Sunday: 10am to 5pm

3. What is the cost to rent a space during the festival?

10x10 space is $150

20x10 space is $300

30'x10' space is $450.00
40'x10' space is $600.00

Electric is included in the prices shown.

Please Note: There is a $50 Late Fee required for spaces rented after August 31st.

6. Do I have to provide my own tent/chairs/etc?

Yes. Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate enough tables / chairs / etc, at this time.

7. When can I setup my tent / space?

Setup will start on Thursday, Oct 6th, at 2 pm. Vendors will be allowed to enter the festival area to setup their tents / trailers. Festival Organizers will be on-hand during setup to coordinate.

8. Will there be parking available?

Yes. There will be parking available inside and around the city park (festival area).

9. Is this an outside or inside event?

The Festival will take place in Yoctangee Park (in the heart of the Chillicothe Downtown area), and will be outside, allowing for that crisp autumn air and the beauty of Fall to set the atmosphere during the festival.

10. Since this event will be outside, what about the weather?

Our festival is a "rain or shine" event. If there is inclement weather that could result in a danger to our vendors and/or patrons, we would follow the policies set forth by local authorities. After all, it is Ohio we'll wait five minutes for it to change.

11. What about the security of my merchandise?

We understand the importance of the security of your merchandise, which is why there will be security staff on-hand throughout the duration of the festival (including all night) to ensure the safety and security of your property and merchandise. We have worked with the security staff for many years, and know that your property is in good hands.

12. Can I get a refund on my vendor fee?

The Chillicothe Halloween Festival is held as a fundraiser for the charities throughout the local communities. Due to the nature of the event, we won't be able to process a refund; however, arrangements can be made such as ensured space at the following year's festival, etc.

13. I'm traveling to the festival, and wondering about hotels in the area?

There are many great hotels in the Chillicothe area that you can choose from, to stay during the festival. All of them are relatively close to the city park (where the festival will be held). Visit our Hotels page to view the list, and proximity to the festival.

14. HOW do I ensure that I get to attend in this year's festival, as a vendor?

You will need to print the Vendors Applications (see links above), complete the required information on the form, and mail it to:

Chillicothe Halloween Festival

230 North Plaza Blvd

Chillicothe, Ohio 45601

**PLEASE NOTE: A fire extinguisher and extension cords ARE required for ALL vendors. The local fire marshal will visit the festival, and inquiry with each vendor to ensure that a fire extinguisher is on-hand. Electric will be available for all vendor spaces during the festival; however, we are unable to provide extension cords to vendors. We recommend that you bring a 100 foot extension cord to ensure convenient connection. An electrician will be on-site throughout the festival, to ensure connections.

With your application form, you will need to send your payment. Please make checks out to:
