PUMPKIN DROP
On the final day of the Chillicothe Halloween Festival, there will be a Pumpkin Drop contest. Although, not real pumpkins, the prizes sure are real!

Purchase a ticket for a numbered pumpkin which will be entered into the drop. All the pumpkins will be mixed up and dropped from a Chillicothe Fire Ladder Truck at 11am on Sunday, October 13th.
The closest pumpkin to the bullseye wins $250 and others will win various prizes.

Entry tickets can be purchased in advance starting September 9th at the Ross-Chillicothe Convention & Visitors Bureau at 230 N. Plaza Blvd., and then at the information tent during the festival.
​
Proceeds go towards funds granted to organizations through the festival's Community Grant.
Winners do NOT have to be present at the time to receive designated prizes. Efforts will be made to contact the winner based on the information provided by the contestant.
​
The Grand Prize of $250 is determined based on the pumpkin that lands closest to the center of the bullseye in the target area.

Officials' rulings are final.
